We have a well equipped state of the arts sections that come together to make up the technical department. The various sectors / departments under the technical side are: Body works Upholstery, Electricals, Air Conditioning, Auto Mechanic, Spraying, Welding/Fabrication.
AIRCONDITIONING
One qualified and skilled A/C technician operates this section of the department. The various tools/equipments currently being in use here are as follows: Vacuum Pump, Freon 22 Gas, H.F.C Gas (134A), C.F.C Gas (406),Fleering Machine, Manifold Gauge H.F.C Adapter, Recycling Machine, Compressor, Condenser, Diagnosis Machine, Coil Remove.
BODY WORKS
The total workforce in this section is FIVE (5) and the various tools / equipments presently available
are listed below:
Drilling Machine, Grinding Machine, Rivets,Gas Cylinders, Hammers (big & small), Welding Goggles Pouch, Assorted Pliers, Measuring Tapes, Marking Bar, Pressing Bar, Straightening File Straightening Blocks, Assorted Jacks (Hydraulic/Body), Allan Keys, Square (big/large & small), Gas Hoses, Electric Cables, Welding Cables, Nozzle Cleaner (Set), Molding Rays.
AUTO MECHANIC / FITTING
Workforce in this section is Twenty five (25) comprising Two (2) Toyota certified technicians, Six (6) Masters, Five (5) Heavy duty Technicians and Twelve (12) Apprentices. The equipments currently used in this section include: Compressor, Machine, Jacks (Big/Small), Parkings, Greasing Gun ,Socket Bars, Pressing Machine,Brower,Compressor Gauge for tyres,Diagnostic Machine, Nozzle Diagnoser.
UPHOLSTERY
The Upholstery section has a workforce of two (2) and is equipped with the following tools: Sewing Machine, Assorted Scissors, Spanner Set, Assorted Hammers, Tape Measure, Working Tables, Drilling Machine, Saw, Assorted Screw Drivers, Phylister, Pouch, Align Keys, Assorted Chisels.
ELECTRICALS
This section is well equipped with five (5) experienced and skilled auto-electricians and the following tools/machinery:Charging Machine, Hydrometer, Acid, Amperes, Assorted Spanners, Assorted Screw Drivers, Assorted Pliers, Battery, Bridging wire.
